IORA policies

Shipping & Delivery Policy

IORA primarily provides digital association services. This policy explains how membership access, event confirmations, training information and any future physical materials will be delivered.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Important information

IORA is an independent industry association initiative. It is not a Government of India portal and does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) or any other government authority.

1. No physical shipping for digital services

Membership applications, member communications, digital resources, online directory services and electronic confirmations are delivered digitally. No courier or shipping fee applies to these digital services. IORA does not currently offer physical products for sale through this website.

2. Membership activation and access

Payment alone does not activate membership. After the application and supporting documents are reviewed and membership is approved, IORA will send an approval or onboarding communication to the registered email address and provide access to the relevant member services. Any service-specific activation timeline will be stated in the membership offer or checkout information before payment.

3. Event and training registrations

For a successful event or training payment, a confirmation or registration reference will be sent to the email address or phone number supplied at checkout. Venue, joining instructions, schedule and any required documents will be communicated in the event information. Please check spam or junk folders if a confirmation is not received.

4. Physical documents or materials

If IORA introduces a physical certificate, printed publication, welcome kit or other deliverable, the product page or checkout will specify whether it is included, the delivery address required, any shipping charge, the expected dispatch window and the delivery method before payment. No physical delivery commitment is made unless those details are expressly displayed for the relevant purchase.

5. Incorrect contact or delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate email, phone and (where applicable) postal address details. Please contact IORA promptly if you identify an error. Additional charges or delays arising from incorrect details may be communicated before any re-dispatch.

6. Delayed or missing confirmation

If payment is successful but you do not receive a confirmation, contact IORA with the payment reference, date, amount and registered contact details. Never share an OTP, password, full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
