The IORA Member Oath
Every member signs this oath on joining and renews it each year.

- I will never charge recruitment fees or costs to any worker.
- I will give every worker a clear contract in a language they understand, before departure.
- I will recruit only through my valid RA licence and registered associates.
- I will never hold a worker's passport or identity documents.
- I will treat every worker with dignity, without discrimination.
- I will report fraud and unlicensed agents to the authorities.
